Medical Examination Diary with Her

Medical Examination Diary with Her is a hospital romance visual novel created by Prekano and iMel.

After graduating from medical school, Takuya Shirasawa begins an orthopedic internship and immediately meets supervising physician Ryo Amagi, the respected senior he admired during university.

Childhood friend Mio Akagi also works at the hospital as a nurse, bringing a familiar connection into the demanding new workplace.

Ryo is skilled, confident, and caring beneath her strict professional manner. Mio is warm and sincere, and her reunion with Takuya creates a second emotional thread.

A mostly linear story with a few branches moves from clinical instruction and night shifts toward private dates and personal confessions.

E-mote character animation and Japanese voice acting give the hospital cast detailed expressions and natural movement.

The offline Android edition is designed for smooth portable play and allows completed scenes to be revisited.

The story focuses on professional growth, long standing affection, and romance between adults working in the same hospital.
