A Wish Star

A Wish Star is a short romance visual novel that combines a warm summer atmosphere with an emotional story.

On a humid night just before summer vacation, a mysterious woman with silver hair and red eyes appears at the home of Kanata Mitsuboshi and confidently announces that she has come to become his girlfriend.

Mikoto calls herself a goddess but behaves like an energetic and direct young woman. Life with Kanata and his sister Akari becomes filled with breakfast together, swimming at the beach, evening walks under the stars, and helping people around town.

Mikoto is kind and determined, and Kanata gradually falls for the light she brings into his life. He begins to wish that their peaceful days could continue forever.

A difficult truth lies behind their happiness, and the relationship eventually demands a painful choice. Detailed artwork, full voice acting by Yui Ogura, summer soundscapes, and gentle music strengthen the emotional presentation.

The mostly linear story includes a small number of choices and takes about three hours to complete, offering a brief but memorable romance about hope, love, and loss.
