Koi x Mitsu: Shizuku and the Cactus Letter

Koi x Mitsu: Shizuku and the Cactus Letter is a light and soothing romance visual novel.

An anonymous love letter invites the protagonist to a park. The sender is childhood friend Shizuku Chiba, who arrives with a small cactus growing from her head.

Shizuku also has a soft tail that reacts to strong emotion. She worries that her unusual features will make the protagonist reject her.

Letters become their way of speaking honestly, followed by secret hand holding in the park and quiet time together at home.

The story combines everyday romance with gentle fantasy details as Shizuku learns to accept herself and trust the person she loves.

A linear plot with a few branches provides about four to five hours of play, with animated character art and full voice acting.

The offline Android version supports pausing and replaying completed moments.

The result is a soft romance about a shy confession, a childhood bond, and the courage to be seen as one truly is.
