Lilim the Succubus Wants to Level Up is a relaxed adult life simulation. After an aimless working adult makes a wish for companionship, Lilim appears and asks to stay for one month while she learns how to become a stronger succubus.

Each day provides a limited number of actions. Players can work to earn money, spend weekends together, talk with Lilim, and manage her hunger while building affection and other relationship values.

Her reactions and conversations change as the statistics develop, leading to multiple endings. Reaching certain outcomes unlocks an endless mode for continued play.

The game includes Live2D interaction, animated adult scenes, several outfits, and a gradual cohabitation story centered on routine choices and character progression.
